Our Story
Our journey began in 2021, working at the heart of the transport and logistics industry. We saw firsthand the systemic challenges shaping the sector: high driver turnover, talent shortages, and concerns around driver well-being. These pain points weren’t just operational setbacks but deep-rooted issues impacting both drivers and businesses. This experience drove us to seek sustainable solutions.
2023: A Deeper Dive
Determined to understand these challenges, we conducted extensive market and user research, uncovering the root causes of dissatisfaction. Poor working conditions, lack of engagement, and minimal support for physical and mental health were driving the turnover crisis.
Our Impact So Far
Since our launch, we’ve onboarded 2,000 of drivers onto our database, matched [X number] of drivers, received [X number] of positive reviews, and through our retention and incentive program, we have disbursed [X amount] in bonuses to drivers, reinforcing our commitment to their satisfaction and well-being.
