Syncosse is a talent services platform dedicated to connecting logistics companies with qualified drivers in France. Our services include driver selection, matching companies with drivers, and related support services. The Site facilitates these connections but does not directly employ drivers or guarantee their employment.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Registration: To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3.3. Account Termination: Syncosse reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms of Use.
4. User Conduct
4.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Site to:
(a) violate any local, national or international law or regulation;
(b) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
(c) disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site;
(d) upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or invasive of another's privacy.
4.2. Submission of Content: By submitting content to the Site, you grant Syncosse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership: The Site and its original content, features and functionality are the property of Syncosse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5.2. Limited License: Syncosse grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
7. Exclusion of Warranties

9. Compensation
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Syncosse, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties from and against any and all losses, costs, liabilities and expenses related to or arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms of Use.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
